Something Modern (For A Change)?

I am not a modern gal, at least not when it comes to furniture. I tend to like classic, traditional pieces that have withstood the test of time (e.g., my English sofa, my Italian campaigne canopy bed, etc.). Now I find I need a ceiling fan (I have a small dining area with no windows that is pretty much useless because it gets so hot and stuffy), but I haven't seen one with a light fixture that isn't absolutely hideous. Enter the artemis ceiling fan from Chiasso. Despite being ultra modern it still seems understated and sophisticated to me. Right now, I think I have to concentrate on doing something with my pitiful, spartan entryway, but I'm keeping this one on my radar . . . .
